At Shearwater Research, we stand behind the reliability of our dive computers and equipment; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt in its original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any dive instruments back to our facility.
- 2.Pack Securely
Place the item in its original packaging including all manuals, cables, and screen protectors to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a tracked carrier to the designated Shearwater service center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and dive log history, a refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
